DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we can send our products anywhere in the world. All enquiries outside of Australia please contact us before purchasing so a freight estimate can be obtained.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Orders are subject to third party timelines and chosen delivery method ie. Australia Post and Couriers. However we post or courier orders daily Monday to Friday.
We aim to ship as soon as possible. Generally we will ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
EXPRESS POST?
We only ship orders with either Australia Post Express Post or Aramex services.
These options will ensure you receive a tracking number with your order, so we are able to track your order if needed and submit any enquiries with postal services if needed.
We can Express Post to anywhere in the greater Sydney and Brisbane metro areas including most areas in between, Melbourne and Canberra (2 business days), Hobart and Adelaide (3 business days), Darwin and Perth (4 business days) - quicker delivery times to these areas and selected rural areas is available and is generally 1-2 business days, please contact us before making your purchase to discuss delivery times if you are at all concerned about arrival before a specific date.
Note: All delivery times above rely upon Australia Post, Aramex or any other selected courier not having any issues or delays. Any unforeseen delays by third parties will need to be dealt with through the selected postal service. We will not refund for third party delivery issues. We will however refund you the costs of the bands if they are not received in time for your event. Contact us for any return information.
