Refund policy

If you are needing to return your order it must be returned in full in the same condition it was sent. 

Contact us with your order/invoice number and we will arrange a return method depending on location, courier, order timeline. We will refund you through your chosen method once we have received the goods back in unused and undamaged condition. 

Please ensure you place a copy of your invoice in the parcel. 

We do not refund the cost of shipping.
